The leadership team at Mission Critical IoT has been cohesively working together for over twenty years. We were the founders of Mission Critical Wireless, a company that practically invented the exceptional Customer Experience dedicated to then explosive wireless data industry. We bring the same Customer Experience commitment and passion today to all facets of the Internet of Things eco-system.
As a seasoned tech entrepreneur, Dan Croft has a thorough understanding of the needs of companies to offer reliable solutions and exceptional customer experience. Following transformational senior management roles with Centel, US Cellular, Motorola, and American Mobile Satellite, Dan co-founded Mission Critical IoT to provide proactive management and seamless support for the success of IoT vendors.
John Hubler serves as President and Chief Revenue Officer of Mission Critical IoT, bringing more than 35 years of experience in the telecommunications and IoT industries. In this role, he leads the company’s revenue strategy, sales growth, and market expansion while strengthening partnerships across the IoT ecosystem to deliver reliable, scalable monitored services for SMB, Mid-Market and Enterprise customers.
John has spent his career helping organizations successfully bring IoT products, solutions, hardware and services to market successfully. His expertise in go-to-market strategy, solution development, and revenue acceleration helps position MC-IoT to support customers with mission-critical monitored services and managed IoT solutions.
Jeremy Magid is the CXO, Chief Experience Officer at Mission Critical IoT with more than 17 years of experience in Client Services roles, specializing in creating, improving, and successfully supporting technical organizations in the commercial and government spaces for various technologies. This includes, but is not limited to, wireless services, networking, cloud migrations and ITSM systems administration. Jeremy has spent much of his career leading large teams, building, improving, finding efficiencies in ITSM platforms, and creating and improving processes and procedures utilizing ITIL best practices. In his free time, Jeremy enjoys spending time traveling and creating exciting experiences with his family while implementing the vast new smart home / IoT technologies in his own home.

Fred Tannenbaum is a partner at Gould & Ratner with over 40 years of experience guiding clients through more than 1,000 mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and venture capital transactions across 50+ industries worldwide. Known for his practical, precise and thoughtful approach, he advises companies in sectors ranging from telecommunications and manufacturing to technology and services. Fred also serves as general counsel and strategic advisor to over 150 small and mid-sized businesses, families and investment funds.
